6-5-05 - Client gets 1st page ranking on Google with SEO
Getting to the Top in 16 Weeks
How one Massachusetts Company is bringing their clients to the top
Grafton, MA – Everybody wants to be #1 on Google, but it seems as though nobody can ever get there, right? Wrong, it is possible. After almost eight months of research and development, Cirion Technologies of Massachusetts is nearing completion of a successful search engine optimization (SEO) beta project.
After researching and comparing various SEO software, the web services team at Cirion found a program that contained all they were looking for to execute the submissions of the website. Director of Web Services, Derek Luccini said, “After deciding on the most appropriate software, we developed a methodology that incorporated everything needed to maximize our clients’ search results.” The beta project started in April of 2005; by the beginning of June, the combination of Cirion’s approach and the software’s tools brought the key search words from page 80 to page 1. Other search words that were once undetectable are now showing up on the top 20 pages.
Larry Army, the owner of Sunset Mortgage Company (MA), agreed to be the beta client for the project. “I could not be happier with the results…not only did Cirion get me to the top, but they keep my site up to the highest standards to maximize the results,” said Army.
“We took a risk with investing so many resources into one project that had little proven success, but in the end we and our client could not be happier,” said Michael Oliveri, VP of Cirion Technologies.
Statistics show that everyday 625 million searches are conducted on the various online search engines available. For businesses, it is becoming more and more important to have top level positions on the most popular engines. “Without top search results, businesses will loose motivated customers who use the Internet to find the best deals,” said Andrew Clark, CEO of Cirion.
The old meta-tag method which became popular in the late 90’s involved incorporating various key phrases and words into the code body of web sites. Now each engine is adopting various methods that do not conform to the old standards. The team at Cirion considers the site statistics, code organization, and file structure as the most important components in their initial evaluation. “Once we analyze the site’s design, we revise and develop the code to conform to the optimization standards that our team developed,” said Luccini.
Cirion plans to continue on developing their methodology while working with more and more companies to get their sites to #1. Cirion is a specialist in web and IT solutions. To find out more about their services visit www.ciriontech.com.
